Welcome to the Lara Miller Website (Site). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).

Lara Miller Ltd. may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. Lara Miller Ltd. may also change, add to, move or delete portions of our Site as needed.

SITE CONTENT
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, photographs and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by or to Lara Miller Ltd. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by or properly licensed to Lara Miller Ltd.

PRICING
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and Canada.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

RETURN POLICY - CUSTOM ORDERS
Many of the items that you see on our Site have been hand-loomed and may be customed ordered. We will take your measurements via email (lara@laramiller.net) or phone (847-226-4100) for a custom order and do everything in our power to ensure proper fit. We cannot accept returns or allow for exchanges on custom orders once a garment has been made expressly for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will do our best to work with you to make changes at the rate of $25/hour with all shipping expenses to be handled by the customer. We must be made aware of your concerns within 48 hours of receipt of your product. Email any concerns to lara@laramiller.net .

RETURN POLICY - WEBSITE ITEMS
At Lara Miller we love our creations and hope that you will feel the same. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase (we must admit we’ve experienced a little buyer’s remorse in the past as well!), you may send unworn merchandise in resalable condition back to us within 10 days of shipment date for an exchange or merchandise credit. Sale items cannot be returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. The customer will handle all return fees as well.

  3. Be sure to Insure your package! This is very very important, we cannot issue you a credit if your package is lost in transit.

All sales are final on sale items and custom orders.
All sales final after 10 days from date of purchase.
Custom orders include anything ordered that is not ready-made, or made to your specifications, or ordered for you from one of our vendors.
Please contact us immediately if your order is not meeting your expectations.

REPAIR POLICY
In the event that your Lara Miller garment becomes damaged under reasonable circumstances (such as a snag from a ring or a bag on your sweater) we would gladly repair the piece free of charge within 60 days of the shipping date. After that, a small repair fee of $15/hour will apply. Customer pays all shipping charges. Garments will be repaired as quickly as possible, but a 3 week window must be allowed for, minus shipping, by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact lara@laramiller.net  if you would like to have your purchase shipped internationally. International Shipping Rates will be calculated using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Flat Rate system. This is a much less expensive way for us to ship internationally to our customers abroad. International Priority Mail ranges from $23 US to Canada and Mexico, and $37 US to all other countries, and a 20 lb weight limit applies. To insure your purchases, an additional fee will be added on top of the regular shipping price and varies according to the value of your purchase (usually falling between $3-10 US). We will notify you via email of the exact amount of your shipping charge once it is processed.

CUSTOMS FEES
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Lara Miller Ltd. has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

The shipping charges you pay to Lara Miller Ltd. do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Lara Miller Ltd. and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

Lara Miller Ltd. has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES AND SERVICES
To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Lara Miller Ltd. does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA
You expressly consent that we may use the personal data you have given to us in the order or on the Site solely for the purpose of this Agreement, for making services available to you, for marketing our products and services to you, and to disclose to other third parties, such as our suppliers, for order fulfillment only. You may choose to opt out of receiving future mailings. We will not rent or sell your personal data to third parties for any purpose.

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENTS OF THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, BY YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIRS OF ANY EQUIPMENT YOU USE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SITE, AND THAT HABA NA HABA, INC.
